The Last Family Day...

On Monday, May 27, 2013, the volunteers came to pick up the kittens and trap the two mothers so that they can be spayed in the afternoon...

After 5 weeks together with the kittens, my husband and myself decided to adopt three of them, not a easy decision...

My cousin's friend Brenda came and chose two out of seven for her mother-in-law...

The kittens did not know in the morning and they were playing together as usual...

Poor little girl wondering what would her future be...

Milky played so hard that he got tired...

During noon time, Brenda came and picked the two yellow one...

The remaining five were exhausted...

The two mothers were so sad when she found two were missing...

At around 5 pm, the volunteers Lisa and Manda came and picked up these two (photo by PY)...

And these three stayed in our home...

You might think that its the end of the story...  Not yet, stay tune.

Have to make the Toughest Decision

The kittens were almost 5 weeks...  We could not take care all seven together with their mothers, father, and grandmother.  We had to give them away...

We sent emails to friends, published in Facebook to all my friends and Cat Lovers...

Thank Lord that we met with my cousin's friend who would like to take two for her mother-in-law.  She also introduced volunteer Lisa to me.  Lisa agreed to pick the rest up and help the two mothers to get spayed.

When I told my friends the plan, my friend PY together with her friends came to my house and took beautiful photos of these kittens...

These are some of them...  What a memory!

Out of the box

In around 4 weeks, we brought the kittens out of the box and let them had the first official walk out of the box...  The two mothers were so worried and kept on counting if anyone was lost...

They were so cute...  They didn't know that the world was so much bigger than the box...

Lives in the Boxes...

Lives in the foam box were exciting...  The kittens were so lovely and we enjoyed watching them grow...

The kittens were growing and the foam box was not good enough...  We bought a bigger cartoon box for them.  The two mothers were so worried when we helped to clean the kittens, change the bed sheets...

Living in the Foam Box

The 7 kittens lived in the box...  The two mothers stayed with them, feeding them, caring them...  Their father came by to say hello...  Their grandma also visited them...

Grandma came and enjoyed the meal...

The two mothers shared responsibilities...

Lost and Found

These kittens together with their mothers lived in our garage for a few days and suddenly they all left...

We don't know what's going on and we thought they left us forever...

On May 1, the management officer from our estate knocked the door with a box of kittens...  He asked if the kittens were ours.  I said 'no'.  He told me that he would send them to the the government office which would probably killed them...

I decided to keep them all to see what to do next...

At the same time, the two worried mothers were crying for their babies.

I opened the box and let one baby out to calm down the two mothers...

They recognized that this kitten was theirs...  I then led them go to the box and they checked each one of them to see if anyone was missed...

What a re-union...:)

Mothers' Love

The two mothers were exhausted...  Yet they took good care of their babies...

New lives...

Seven babies were born on Sunday, April 21, 2013, in our garage...  They are from two mothers and don't know how many daddies...:)
